*CreatureGroups fixed and improoved. By TrullyONE

- Multimap support for instances added.
 - Removed redundant group checks.
 - New movement rules (bool group formed/dismissed added).
 - uint32 Creature::GroupID replaced with CreatureGroup pointer.
