megamage f92e8315cf [7918] Improve portability in work with uint64 string format specifiers and in code literals. Author: VladimirMangos
* Replace platform seelction MaNGOS code for select format descriptor for uint64 by using ACE define.
      I64FMTD renamed to UI64FMTD for more clear name.
    * Add new define UI64LIT (base at ACE seelction) for build portables uint64 literals.
      Please always use UI64LIT(0x00001) instead less portable 0x00001LL

XTZGZoReX ae65d36bb4 * Implemented new ObjectAccessor functions: GetCreatures, GetUnits, GetGameObjects, and GetWorldObjects. These can be used for loopong over objects in the world.
* Note: GetWorldObjects is (probably) heavy and should be used very sparingly. Always use the function corresponding to the type of object you're looping over.

gvcoman 5deef1bb59 [svn] * Reimplemented packet/update forwarding in more generic way
* Implemented far sight spells (Far Sight, Eagle Eye, etc) at unlimited range and properly forward packets
* Implemented bind vision spells (Mind Vision, etc) to forward packets at unlimited distance
* Implemented Sentry Totem (both vision switching/forwarding and alerting)
* Other misc possession fixes
* Added .bindsight and .unbindsight commands

Please test out the above spells (including Mind Control) and report any issues on the forums.

gvcoman 44bdb135f4 [svn] Implemented player on player and player on creature possession:
* Implemented packet and vision forwarding through possessed units
* Added new OnPossess script call alerting scripts on when possession is applied/removed
* Moved fall damage and fall under map calculations into the Player class
* Added new PossessedAI that is applied only while possession on creature is active
* Implemented summon possessed spell effect
* Fixed Eyes of the Beast

w12x e72a13c3dd [svn] * Allow WorldObjects to keep the grid active, and prevent it from being unloaded. This can be done through calling WorldObject::setActive(bool) from the scripting library. Note that entire instances are still unloaded if no player is present on that map to save resources. This behavior can be changed if the need arises.
