Fix some static analysis issues reported by Coverity.

quest_template table contains _ONLY_ WDB data and must not be modified
Currently supported objectives are MONSTER, GAMEOBJECT, ITEM, TALKTO, CURRENCY, REPUTATION, MONEY, PLAYERKILLS, AREATRIGGER
