9a67aaa8b8 DB/Creature:
- Nuke the hacky column DeathState.
- Removed some hacks from Kologarn script, including some cleanup.
- Removed set deathstate command.

BIG thanks to Malcrom for replacing all creatures that had deathstate with proper dynamicflags/auras.

249692b54b Core/Vehicles: Remove vehicle stat scaling hack and implement it properly trough the spell system. NOTE: This does need some further research on coefficients for different vehicles.

42a20f14ef Core/Auras: Use existing aura object on aura reapply/stack increase instead of creating a new one.
You can hook on reapply/stack event by checking for AURA_EFFECT_HANDLE_REAPPLY aura handler mode, AURA_EFFECT_HANDLE_REAL is now not triggered on aura refresh/stack.

5cf76896eb Core/Battleground: Implemented blizzlike script for Isle of Conquest, written by gyullo and me, based on Socolin's and Josh's patch -BIG THANKS TO THEM-
Anyway the map is not yet playable, there are issues not related with the script.

I also want to thanks to QAston, linencloth, Shauren and Machiavelli to be so patient with my questions.

3a053c6cd3 Scripts/Trial of the Crusader:
1) Fix Leeching Swarm damage and create spell difficulty links to code. Closes  issue #4909 .
2) Fix Valkyr's Touch. Closes  issue #4553 .
3) Fix Permafrost aura difficulty check.
4) Reduce Slime Pool damage range.
5) Avoid Shaman Champion Heroism spam using 5 minutes (CD) as timer.
6) Fix many spell target selection to only select players (no more totens or pets).
7) Fix Anub'arak Spike being able to receibe the permafrost aura in order to cast spike fail, hopefully.

Core/AuraScript:
	Fix compile time check for AuraScript functions
	Remove AuraApplication from hook functions parameter list, use GetTarget() and GetTargetApplication() instead
	Add OnEffectAbsorb hook
Scripts: move handlers of Spell Deflection, Savage Defense, Primal Tenacity, Nerves of Steel, Astral shift from core to scripts.

bf888285aa Core:
- Redesigned stealth and invisibility handling
  - Implemented the handling of multiple stealth types
- Implemented fake inebriation
- The message deliverer no longer sends packets from a non-visible source
  - The server won't send that much garbage which just takes bandwith
  - It won't be possible to use cheats to detect invisible objects
- Removed a lot of checks for the Z-coord
  - Fixes visibility problems happening while flying
- Limited the grid activation range of creatures to use less resources
- Implemented Shroud of Death
- Implemented increased visibility range for active objects
- Removed visibility check at spellhit (only sanctuary effects should prevent it)
(And a lot of other changes...)

1760e42e2c Core/ScriptSystem: Add compile time type check of function assigned to hooks - prevents incorrect function calls. Since this rev you have to put PrepareSpellScript(<yourscriptclassnamehere>) at the beginning of every spell script. Yes, i know it's unhandy, but unfortunately C++ preprocessor is very limited, so you have to do that extra work each time you write a script:(.

07a3a1254b *Add AuraScript class for scripting aura objects - scripts are registered same way as SpellScripts, bound to SpellScriptNames table. For more details see example_spell.cpp and SpellScript.h
*Rename SpellHandlerScript to SpellScriptLoader, EffectHandlerFn to SpellEffectFn, HitHandlerFn to SpellHitFn, SpellScript::EffectHandlers to SpellScript::OnEffect, these changes were neccesary to prevent namespace collisions, happily you can solve these by simple find and replace
*Make spells 66244 and 5581 example scripts.
